REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

Corporate Management Solutions Inc has always been known for top quality candidates. Part of our success is due to the referrals we receive from other quality candidates we have worked with. We would like to give you the opportunity to be rewarded for these quality referrals, by offering a Referral Bonus Program for direct hire applicants.  This program does not apply to contract positions. 

We will pay you $1,000 for each of your referrals to one of our direct hire Hot Job Orders we successfully place within the next year.  We will pay you $500 for each of your direct hire referrals not submitted to a specific hot job order we place within the next year.  There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, or the amount of money you can earn.  A 1099 will be issued at the end of the calendar year, and must be included in your Federal and State tax report. 

Everybody knows someone who is highly qualified in their chosen profession, whether they are actively looking or not. Do a friend a favor. Submit those referrals before someone else beats you to it.
